Anzac Day
We have been talking about Anzac Day and discussing how special this day is, a day to remember those who fought in the wars.
We are going to make Anzac biscuits and we have made poppies to take to our Anzac Service at school at 2pm.
We thought you could try these at home as well!!

Back to School
I hope you have all had a wonderful holiday and are looking forward to coming back to School.
We are very lucky to have Penny Down a student teacher with us for the first 5 weeks of this term, she has been in to meet the children and is lovely.
This term we will be talking about Anzac Day, Memories, Landforms and the Olympic Games so a busy term ahead.
We will also be having conferences with our first lot of children who will be turning 6.
Enjoy the last few days of the holidays and I look forward to seeing you all on Monday.
